The engineering challenge in products like these is not a dramatic visual effect. It is representing roles, changing states, evidence, exceptions, and sensitive information clearly enough that people can act with confidence. Search results need provenance and honest status. Matching needs to distinguish an automated recommendation from a completed human decision. Operational screens need useful history and server-enforced authorization. Each product also needs a practical support and recovery path when external data, notifications, or users do not behave as the ideal flow expects.
